Painting in Toronto this weekend

Hey everyone,

This weekend I am heading to Toronto to represent Liquitex at Curry art store to paint 2 5ftx7ft paintings. Here is a sketch of the one. I’m really excited to have this opportunity to paint something and get to interact with customers and get them as pumped about these products as I am. I going going to be used Liquitex Soft Body, sprays and markers on this painting. If your in the Toronto area come on down to Curry’s at 573 Queen Street West on Saturday and Sunday between 11-6!

Drafting Table

Hey everyone,

The drafting table in the studio here is my main working space. When I arrived at the beginning of the summer, we put some brown craft paper over the top to keep things clean and have a fresh start. As the summer progressed, the table has developed quite a bit of character and its own personality so I wanted to share it with everyone. I think its a cool off shoot of the creative process. I know the table at my studio has gone through a similar kind of process of spilling, testing, layering, notes and such. I hope you all enjoy it!
